Drawing Nature with Florence Rivest
Do you remember the last time you sat down somewhere to draw what was in front of you? This drawing in nature class is for everyone (yes, even those who couldn’t answer the question above). In this workshop led by Florence Rivest, you’ll be guided through a series of exercises designed for creating art outdoors.
The class will give you the tools to improve your technique while also encouraging you to sink into this stretch of time where you’ll be transposing your observations onto paper. Because the main goal is to spend some quality time in nature.
Details
Florence Rivest is an illustrator and an artist by trade. Her work is inspired by the land and the natural spaces she visits to ground herself. Since 2020, she has been leading outdoor workshops and art expeditions.
Please note: this activity is exclusively for guests staying in one of the BESIDE cabins. To take part:
