Floating Standing Up with TAIGA

Take advantage of the calm waters of Lake McGuire to learn the basics of stand-up paddleboarding. In this two-hour class, you’ll familiarize yourself with the different basic techniques under the attentive eye of Laurence Coulombe, SUP instructor and TAIGA ambassador.

Passionate about nature and adventure, she doesn’t mind getting her feet wet to explain the special attributes of the sport and the related safety guidelines. You’ll emerge from the water with all the tools necessary to operate the board in an optimal — and fun — way.
