Mastering the Art of Coffee, with Escape
In this workshop led by Escape, you’ll have the chance to taste several different coffees, mainly to develop the ability to detect different notes. You’ll learn various methods of infusion and deepen your knowledge about the origin of coffee beans and the processes of fermentation.
Escape is a Montréal-based microroaster that puts the planet, human beings, and quality before profit. How? By consciously choosing our products, the people we work with, our packaging, and the means of delivery. Our coffee beans are prepared by hand in small batches.
